This child friendly restaurant is located in sector B, Boadilla del Monte. "Time-ish is a nice, relaxed place to grab a coffee and a delicious pastry (they have cupcakes, waffels, cakes, cookies and bagels). Downstairs they have a special play area for kids. J & J bookshop opened in Dec '03. As an American living in Madrid, Jamie Poole says the thing she missed the most was being able to curl up in a big chair with a mocha in one hand and several books to read in her lap. So together with her husband, Javi, they converted a Chinese restaurant into their dream Bookstore/Coffee shop. Now they offer over 20,000 second hand books in English, for both children and adults. 'Living in London' - Traditional English Tea Room
Harvey Nicks style tea room in Madrid! Whole range of Traditional English Teas and Cakes and Crumpets, with a separate shop with typical English 'style' niknaks (Emma Bridgewater pottery etc).
Well worth a visit for a cup of tea, natter and nostalgia!

"I guess most of us have been to a Hard Rock, the one in Madrid is very good, food reasonable price with free top ups of Coke. Childrens menu is superb and they get crayons to colour it in. Children can also sign up (free) to the Lil Rockers Club, for which they get a membership card which entitles them to a free upgrade of pudding from a plain 'Helado' to a 'Hot Fudge Sundae'. Adults can also sign up for an All Access card - it does cost $25 (euro equivalent) but you get $20 back against your meal, you also get points for every euro you spend, discount in the shop and priority seating which is a god send if its busy and your with hungry little tummies!"
